MY LIFE IN BLOG FORM.

Busy morning getting ready for East Huntspill Craft Fair on Saturday 10th August. This is being held in aid of The Alzheimer Society. The photo shows a small selection of my gift baskets/bags that will be available at the sale. Each one contains a beautiful soft toy and one of my children's books. Maybe see you there. x
Burnworthy House.
Just received a lovely invitation to attend Burnworthy House in September, to speak about my book 'Let's take a walk down memory lane 1960's' so excited to meet the staff and residence.

Hi, just to remind you all that 'Hush Baby Hush' is available as a FREE download on Kindle via Amazon.co.uk. This offer is for 5 days only starting 11 July until 15 July. If you should download this book please leave a review on Amazon.co.uk. Thank you.

BLEADON VILLAGE ARTISAN MARKET
A lovely morning spent talking to a lot of new readers and some wonderful feedback from readers who have bought my books already at Bleadon this morning. Some wonderful comments about my 'Lets Take A Walk Down Memory Lane 1960s' telling me how this book has really helped to open up conversations with elderly relatives. To answer the question that I am always asked 'Yes, I am working on the second book in the series'. Also thank you to the two organisations who have asked me to give a talk later in the year.

NSPCA
Spent a nice couple of hours at a talk given by Damien Boyd author of the Nick Dixon Detective series. The event took place at the Brent Knoll NSPCA centre on Friday 7th June. It was lovely to see so many people turn out to support the NSPCA, as all monies from the night went directly to them.
The Brent Knoll centre is mainly staffed by volunteers and you can immediately tell that they love their job, the centre is a truly lovely environment for the unfortunate animals that find themselves there.

Very busy couple of days, happy but exhausted.
Saturday, Burnham-On-Sea Eat Festival, bought far too many goodies.
Sunday, Kewstoke Village Market met some nice new readers and had a terrific few hours. Thank you to some of my current readers for your very kind feedback.
This morning (Monday) out delivering orders to some of my avid readers of my new release 'Sweet Revenge'. Looking forward to their feedback.
Now for a well deserved glass of something red. Hope that you have all had a pleasant bank holiday weekend. x
